add create shortcut option to pantheon-files

Creating shortcuts should be easy for newbies, they don't know how to do it from terminal.

indeed, as an experience two of my friends ((newbies that migrated from windows) where i installed elem.os, though they agreed to me that its a mess to put folders on desktop they do complain they dont know how create shortcuts thats why i also installed nautilus...

I agree,

I expect my shortcuts to match other Open Source software I use.

In this case I expect my file manager to have Firefox style shortcuts

Close Tab: Ctrl + F4
Previous Tab: Ctrl + Shift + Tab
Next Tab: Ctrl + Tab

I've been trying to figure out how to get Nautilus or Pantheon Files to accept these shortcuts in Luna 0.2 to no avail so far. A dialog or System Settings page to set File Manager Shortcuts would be most welcome by me.

That issue is unrelated to this one. Please consider reporting it under another bug report, and target all the applications that you think should follow this conventions, and Granite too.
