tabs change too fast when hovering

Tabs should not change on quick hovering, only when tab is hovering for a minimal amount of time.
When a tab is not destination, but is hovered quickly, even with no marked pause, the tab is selected.

OP, can you create a screencast demonstrating your issue? Tabs are not selected on hover.

Hello Daniel, this is the opportunity for me to congratulate you particularly and also everyone who took part of it about what you've done about elementary os. It is really great distrib, thank you.

I didnt mean hovering actually, my english is not as good as I whish...
I meant passing quickly over a tab, and with a "drag'n drop file".
It is difficult to avoid passing over a tab when you have to drop a file outside de Files window, and when you do so, even quickly, Files switch to this tab, which is not wanted behavior. I think Files should switch to tab only if the pointer has been hovering for sufficiant delay.
I know this is a minor bug, but it is sometimes annoying :)
