Won't build anymore on Arch Linux

Bug Description

I can't build pantheon-files (0.1.5.1 and bzr) on Arch Linux since 2 days or so. It happens with 0.1.5.1 too, so it's got to be an update of one of our packages that broke it.

It fails while compiling 'plugins/marlin-ctags/CMakeFiles/marlinctags.dir/plugin.c.o', on the file 'src/ProgressInfoWidget.vala'.
