Exclude "AFP Volume" in share title in source list

Bug Description
In the source list, if I mount an AFP volume, it shows as "AFP volume foo on bar". But unless my source list is really wide, I only see "AFP volum..."
It would probably be more helpful to just show the name of the mounted volume as a child of the server like so:

This is going to be complicated, as it seems that the name which an AFP volume uses in the sidebar comes from glib itself.
We could strip the first part of the name to show "foo on bar", but that workaround falls apart when considering localization.
