Bug Description

96px (probably) zoom level in Files, which I personally find very convenient and use the most, is not supported by elementary icon theme. This results in e.g. low-contrast outline on folder icon (screenshot attached).

To be honest we should probably eliminate this as a size option in Files. I don't plan to add 96px as a size to the theme any time soon, and if we change our minds about that we can just re-add that in Files at that time.

I would even go a step further and remove 128px size from Files since it's a bit comical.
