clicking Trash in Files address bar showed an empty Trash when there's supposed to be some content there

Bug Description

To reproduce this bug do this:
1. have some folders in your Trash
2. enter that folder
3. click Trash thru address bar

Clicking back button seems fine though...

To clarify:

Have stuff in Trash
Visit Trash via the sidebar
Click Trash in the location bar
Observe that the trash appears empty

Looks like it is tring to open trash://trash:/// and fails. Maybe it is treating all filenames as relative to trash:// while in that trash mode, including the trash link in the pathbar?

Upon a little further investigation, it *seems* like it is royally screwing up uri prefixes in the manner described above. I think we just do not notice it for file:// uris because `cd //` just maps to `cd /`. This would definitely explain why network mounts do not work correctly (as they have uris like smb://, etc.)

It looks like it affects everything in the path bar, not just the main/base path (trash).
