Bug Description
Files currently requires enabling them manually while the checkboxes are hidden in a faraway tab in prefrences that's not even displayed when no plugins are installed. Thus the plugins don't work for anyone who's not aware of the existence of that tab.
Newly installed plugins, e.g. ubuntuone or dropbox should be automatically enabled after installation.
