Bug Description
When you sort files by type for the first time everything is ok: first, folders sorted by name; then files sorted by type (files of every type sorted by name too, thouhg extensions aren't sorted alphabetically).
If you change folder and go back to the one sorted by type (or restart Files) you have: first, unsorted folders; then files grouped by extensions but not sorted by name.
When I sort files by type I expect: first folders sorted by name, then file types sorted alphabetically by its extension, and every type of files sorted by name. IMHO this is the best method for those who sort files by type, and other file managers like Dolphin do it this way.

I agree that when you sort files by type, it should then also sort files by name.
