Bug Description
Files' side panel now resizes proportionally relative to the window size. I like maximizing my windows all the time (and that's why I have a devilspie2 script that does just that). Files doesn't open maximized even when it was maximized when I closed it, and the following happens:
* Using Files maximized, I resize the side panel at ~150px.
* I close Files.
* Later, I reopen Files. Files opens unmaximized at ~640×480px, with the side panel at ~150px.
* devilspie2's script maximizes Files, and the side panel is resized accordingly. (I think this would also happen with manual resizing, but I haven't tested).
If I forget to resize the side panel again, every time I close and open Files, the sidebar is bigger, until it takes all the screen.
I'm thinking the following solution: save the side panel size as a percentage.

I would like to add, that storing the percentage isn't a good solution for me. I keep changing the windows size depending on how many windows I have open and how many files are in a directory. If the percentage is fixed, I loose a lot of screen space when the window is maximized and cannot read the label in the side bar when I shrink the window.
