"Close all" don't work when app shows dialog

I have KeePassXC (AppImage version) integrated into my system (Menu and Dock Item).

I don't want to migrate my database to version 2, so i import everytime without saving. The program shows a dialog to save after some time.

When this dialog shows up, the dock context menu don't shows "close" but "Close all" what has no function.

I can't close the app! (from dock, have to kill it or close dialog with ESC)

This is really frustrating when the window is outside of your screen space.

Software: elementary OS 0.4 Loki with HWE Stack
Hardware: MacBook Pro 10.2 from October 2012

elementary OS 0.4.1 Loki (based on Ubuntu 16.04.2 LTS)
on Dell Latitude E5470 (Intel i5, 8 GB RAM)
