Bug Description
I just want to drag and drop some files through dock icons, but the animation is so annoying! Please let the icon stop moving!

- Please make it not being so annoying, the origin one is way better than this.
- Or maybe you can allow to play the animation only when the file is *.desktop, others play the old animation.

This is a unfortunate side-effect of the drop-icon-zooming patch.
Fixed in 0.10.0-
