Double click in another icon to acces options

Bug Description

While right-clicking over the icons, there are a set of options made available concerning that specific app. If I right click over an Icon, I have to right click twice over another icon to open its set of options. :(

This is the normal desktop-wide behavior to dismiss an currently open menu/popover.
