Window position, state, size is not remembered

All elementary apps should be consistent in remembering their window position, state and size.

Other apps save their state in gsettings org.pantheon.appname.saved-state with the keys window-state, window-height, window-width, window-x, window-y

for audience we cant save size as window will be resized into its aspect ratio. whats possible is saving the position(window center) which then can be restored
