Bug Description
after some discussion this morning in #ux, we agreed that we should get rid of the "remember" checkbox and:
"Deny" should be each time so that apps can keep trying to ask for permission when they need it for essential functionality
"Allow" should be always since you can (theoretically at time of production deployment) go to System Settings and change this.
