Bug Description
PTDialogs.c (version 779) is not compilable due to missing macros, like kPoly, which were renamed in sys_ansi.h, but not updated in PTDialogs.c.
Due to the fact, that some new interpolations are introduced, I don't know how to fix the PTDialogs right. Simple update of macro names and deletion of spline16 works, but I guess some further is intended for PTDialogs.
