PTAdjust plug-in fails with shape mask

The PTAdjust plug-in will not give expected results when a layer that has a shape mask is passed into the Panotools plugin, the plugin clips the layer down to the size of the smallest rectangle, the size of the mask. The problem then is you no longer have a 360 by 180 deg panorama as your source image.

Two possible work arounds:

    * Create a background from layer (if there is no background already) Layer|New|Background from Layer.

    * Turn off lock transparent pixels, and make sure there is data in at least two opposite corners. This will increase the size of the shape mask rectangle to full image. Just make sure you hide this garbage info added later.
