PSD output no-longer gimp compatible

Bug Description

This was reported by Soren H on the ptx list:

The .deb package has the recent PSD-fixes patch applied,
so this means that although the patch improves pshop
compatibility, it does the reverse for the gimp
(possibly this is
a gimp bug).
