Bug Description
When I use the Panflute applet to start Rhythmbox, it always starts in a maximized state instead of being minimized in the systray. It does not happen when I start it from the gnome menu.
(FIY, I use Rhythmbox 0.13.1)

Panflute starts Rhythmbox using D-Bus activation. This sounds like a bug in Rhythmbox.
(There's precedence for this; Banshee used to have a bug when launched via D-Bus. In Banshee's case, it behaved improperly in some situations because D-Bus launched Banshee with / as the current directory instead of $HOME, and for some reason Banshee didn't like that. My guess is it's a similar problem with Rhythmbox, but it's something outside the control of Panflute.)
