Buildbot dll load failed

[Wezu]

When trying to run some of the latest buildbot version ( 449-453 on windows) I get the fallowing error:

    return cls.imp.load_dynamic(name, target)
ImportError: DLL load failed with error code -1073741795

Pview also crashes with an error about wrong application initialization (0xc000001d).

The source of the problem was SSE2 and a CPU that did not support those. Fixed in the last build
