pmw package missing

This is not a feature request, the Pmw library is used by Panda, for example the particle panel code.
There might be some difficulty in making a package, as explained here: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/6772916/python-pmw-and-cx-freeze

This was already fixed in a previous version, I believe. Although tk in the runtime is still broken due to a different bug.
