Bug Description
Lucid Lynx 64, 1.7.1.
If I try to make a win32 installer I receive this error:

I don't have the environment set up to look into this bug - I can't get nsis working on my FreeBSD machine.
Could anybody perhaps try to reproduce the exit status that Python's subprocess call is returning with anything else?
