Packpanda does not pack extra dll in bin

In Panda3d 1.5.x packpanda would package any extra .dll the developer wished to distribute to the end user. Examples for the use of this is the last post here: http://www.panda3d.org/phpbb2/viewtopic.php?t=4715 and the last post here: http://www.panda3d.org/phpbb2/viewtopic.php?t=3727

In 1.6.x packpanda no longer includes other files placed in the bin folder for distribution to the end user.

Looking at the packpanda source, it's supposed to copy bin\*.dll and bin\Microsoft.VC90.CRT.manifest.
Could it be that the copy process is case sensitive and it was a .DLL file instead of .dll? (it's supposed to be case insensitive though)

Packpanda will be obsolete in the upcoming branch, and will be replaced by a much more powerful interface that will support these things.

We could still fix this fix this for the 1.6 branch, but I don't think that's worth the effort.
