No glow effect in pview

Bug Description
In pview there are no options do display a glow effect.
I guess this is a complicated matter since glow related stuff is defined both in the egg file and a python script a la the Glow-Filter Advanced vs Basic example.

This is a limitation in the current filter system in Panda - as it's implemented in Python, and does not work in a global way, it can not operate from Pview.
I'm closing the bug as Won't Fix for now, but also see this blueprint:
