Config.prc search path, usability. Also plugin path.

Bug Description

If panda finds Config.prc or not on MacOSX (and other platforms) needs to be more usable.

So a person knows which config file is being used... so it's easier to debug issues to do with config.

See this thread for the problems it caused: http://panda3d.org/phpbb2/viewtopic.php?t=5036

Also if the plugin path does not exist, then perhaps it should tell you about your config. Or maybe even print the search path for Config all the time.

Here's the thing about the plugin-path:
By default, you don't need it, and it is set to <auto>/lib. Although, <auto> isn't supported yet on OSX, not even on the CVS head. I'm working hard to make it supported, and this will be fixed in 1.6.0. Also, I hope to have makepanda support on OSX and official universal binaries. (Check the 'osx-installer' blueprint for more info.)

I'm not quite sure what you mean with the other part of the bug report.

You can see which config files are being loaded by panda through the config page manager.
