current egg-palettize.exe not writing texture files.

 Neither the most current self-compiled --everything , rev 1.10.0-x64, nor even 1.8.1x32 would write them. Everything processes, it writes the eggs as expected, but gives me the following error in command output. :

However, going back to Panda3D-1.7.2, it works as it's supposed to.
Writes the new textures, the *boo file and the resulting egg files.

I ran some more tests here. It seems that 1.8.1-x32 and 1.10.0-x64 reproduce the 'unable to write' error, when I use full paths in the batch file.
