file/delete : add more warning about consequences of file deletion

Bug Description
Users do not understand all consequences of file deletion.
Eg. they wonder why a link does not work after deleting their file.
Eg. they delete file to put a new version.
So:
- add warning on file/delete about consequences and suggest use file/replace.
