when live migration at source nova-compute, can not print request_id in log file

Bug Description

self._do_live_migration function is executed by GreenThreadPoolExecutor, and the log info do not contain request_id message

If I edit the code like function nova.utils.spawn, the log can print the request_id info.

Since you point to the Nova code, this is not an issue in Packstack which is a deployment tool for OpenStack.
Please provide more details, which version of Nova and if you have a suggested patch, submit it for review to Nova project https://review.opendev.org/q/project:openstack/nova
