release tarball for 12.0.1 missing in tarballs.openstack.org/packstack

https://opendev.org/x/packstack/src/tag/12.0.1

it has release tarballs for 12.0.0 13.0.0 14.0.0 and 15.0.0

Are we looking in the wrong place for release tarballs from this project?

Hi,

Thanks for your bug report. I have been checking what happened, and it looks like the release job failed, see [1].

The fix to get the release job to work was merged to master in [2]. I have proposed cherry-picks to all active branches, including Queens, and once it is merged I will tag a new release, so it will get properly uploaded.
