I can deploy openstack queens on centos with the latest update. dependency problem :

Message :

   ERROR : Error appeared during Puppet run: 192.168.1.30_controller.pp
Error: Execution of '/usr/bin/yum -d 0 -e 0 -y install openstack-neutron' returned 1: Error: Package: python-zmq-14.7.0-2.el7.x86_64 (centos-openstack-queens)

I have tested the repo locally, and I have not found any issue. Can you check again? It was probably a transient network error, or a CentOS mirror issue.

I found the solution. I disabled the epel-release repository. The conflict comes from epel with centos-release-openstack-queens.
