Please allow to use GroupAffinity filters (scheduler_hits)

I do not see why packstack needs to change the default enabled nova scheduler filters.

Now the nova.conf looks like:
#scheduler_default_filters=RetryFilter,AvailabilityZoneFilter,RamFilter,DiskFilter,ComputeFilter,ComputeCapabilitiesFilter,ImagePropertiesFilter,ServerGroupAntiAffinityFilter,ServerGroupAffinityFilter

scheduler_default_filters=RetryFilter,AvailabilityZoneFilter,RamFilter,ComputeFilter,ComputeCapabilitiesFilter,ImagePropertiesFilter,CoreFilter

packstack/puppet should not touch this option by default or it should set it to the default.

Actually I miss the ServerGroupAntiAffinityFilter,ServerGroupAffinityFilters.

The issue lies in https://github.com/openstack/packstack/blob/master/packstack/puppet/templates/nova_sched.pp . That seems to be old code, and it should be updated to use class nova::scheduler::filter
