setsebool -P virt_use_fusefs=1 on glusterfs install from packstack

I installed packstack with glusterfs for cinder using packstack.
I could create volumes but was unable to attach them to an instance.

setting: setsebool -P virt_use_fusefs=1 will solve this issue.

since if we use packstack its no longer manual configuration adding bool should be done by packstack
