Bug Description
Add arm64 (aarch64) support to DEB operations.
I will propose a patch, tested with "ports.ubuntu.com" mirror, which holds Ubuntu arm64 packages.

AArch64 support: api, cli, controllers, drivers
Enable new architecture 'aarch64' ('arm64' on Ubuntu).
Tested with DEB driver.
