Sometimes packetary hangs forever when spawning mutiple createrepo workers

It is quite often (20-30% of runs) when packetary hangs forever when spawns mutiple createrepo workers.

    Fix createrepo workers racing

    Sometimes packetary hangs forever when spawning
    mutiple createrepo workers. This patch sets
    number of workers to 1.
