Bug Description

Currently packetary compares packages versions using the following logic

For example, if a package [1] contains a requirement 'ppp = 2.4.5' packetary extends it into 'ppp = 0-2.4.5-0' which fails to match ppp-2.4.5-33.el7.x86_64.rpm. As a result, some of dependencies remain unresolved.
