Copy repository fails in case if repository does not contain Release file

Bug Description

The some deb repositories does not contain "Release" file. in this case clone command should not fail.

The repository without release file: " trusty/current non-free"

The debian driver loads release file to get "origin" parameter, need to ignore 404 errors and use default origin in this case.
