fuel-createmirror git repository is out of sync

The fuel-createmirror git repository needs some attention as the source is in https://review.fuel-infra.org/packages/trusty/fuel-createmirror, but we actually package it on centos via a tarball from the trustry repository into https://review.fuel-infra.org/packages/centos6/fuel-createmirror. Also the 6.1/7.0 branches are out of sync and this is just wrong.

We need a better place to keep fuel-createmirror, per haps this should be moved to stackforge or packaged differently?
