Bug Description
It is no problem to send commands to P1tr via query, for example for authentication purposes. But it is a little bit irritating if no response comes back and tells me about my success or failure of executing a command.
This was tested on FreeNode, but I bypassed, that messages from unidentified users can't be seen in a query by setting UNFILTERED ON at NickServ for my nick. I did this while being identified, so if P1tr was able to respond I wold have seen a message of him.

already fixed this in my branch,just have to resolve some conflicts in order to commit the changes
