Bug Description
The factoid plugins does not honor neither the signal_char nor the botname. It reacts to any is/ist anywhere.

Fixed in revision 54 by changing the input parsing from regexp to split/join, furthermore the signal_char is being respected, using msg.bot.
* implementation would require repetition of code which is already in some file, where all possible signals for keyword call appear
* It is too much writing work and looks ugly if you type the full bot name before a simple factoid request/adding a short phrase to a word
