Bug Description

The vendor folder in bzr contains copies of dependent software. It would be stellar if we could solve this in a different manner. There are several extant ways of dealing with this, be it virtualenv, deb/rpm packages, bzr builder recipes, etc.

It's worth noting that these are not shipped in the debs. I've packaged
all the dependencies in the ppa, and they will all be in Maverick.

Excellent.

I'd love a general solution to dealing with them as dev depends... but I
won't scream if we don't get this done this week. :)
