Switching between front and rear camera doesn’t work

Bug Description

Original test code at https://simpl.info/getusermedia/sources/, modified to fix an error in the use of the MediaStream API, available at https://people.canonical.com/~osomon/getusermedia/sources/.

On a phone with two cameras, this should allow switching between the front and rear cams on the fly without reloading the page, but in effect I’m always getting capture from whichever device is the default one (WebContext.defaultVideoCaptureDeviceId).

This issue is still not fixed with OTA-10.
