Dropped video frames while playing the ebay ad

While testing the new Oxide build I noticed that the rendering of this video resulted in a lot of video frames skipping. The audio was mostly ok.

I verified that my network link was not the cause for the problem, by playing the add with another phone/OS. I also re-played the add a few times, probably using the cached version. But frames were still skipped during video playback.

I noticed that when playing the ad, the CPU was used at around 180% by the oxide render process. no other processes were consuming that much CPU apart from the foreground browser app.

The issue has been reproduced on the N4, with build 1.4.1. It has been found to be an issue also with 1.3.5
