canvas with `width` does not work

Bug Description

canvas is rendered correctly in Chrome && ChromeView (android).
oxide does not render canvas correctly with specified `width` property (width should bigger then 658)

canvas is rendered correctly _without_ `width` property or with small `width`(<=657)

It seems to work properly for me (on desktop), Chris also tested on his side (phone + desktop) w/ the same result.

Do you have more information?

try 1200x768 for canvas widthxheight in html file (possible min width to triage this bug vary on different devices )
