Bug Description

GPU rasterization is currently disabled everywhere, but it seems to work fine on krillin. We should enable it there by:

1) Pretending to be Android for the purposes of GPU feature blacklisting on mobile (we're more Android than desktop Linux).
2) Update entry 96 in software_rendering_list_json.cc to to whitelist krillin. Nexus 4 is already there, so by doing the first bit we get mako for free.

Doing 1) also allows us to drop accelerated-2d-support.patch and enables accelerated canvas on mako

Annnnnnnnd, backed out again (well, the bit that turns on GPU rasterization), as it results in image corruption on Google
