Bug Description
GPU rasterization is currently disabled everywhere, but it seems to work fine on krillin. We should enable it there by:
1) Pretending to be Android for the purposes of GPU feature blacklisting on mobile (we're more Android than desktop Linux).
2) Update entry 96 in software_
Doing 1) also allows us to drop accelerated-
