Bug Description
Chrome ships a binary PDF plugin, and Firefox has pdf.js which enables native PDF rendering inside both browsers. We should investigate adding native PDF rendering support in to Oxide - pdf.js would be preferred as it doesn't add new binary code, and the parsing / decoding runs within the same boundaries as HTML/JS from the web
