Bug Description

Using html5test.com:
On desktop webbrowser-app gets a score of 501 whereas Chromium gets a 507 (out of 555)
The differences are:
2D graphics we fail "Path Support" (2 pts)
Web Applications we fail "custom search providers" (1 pt)
Storage we fail on "Local Storage" (5 pts)

Chromium fails in one place webbrowser-app does not User Interactions "CSS Selectors" (2 pts)

On Touch we get a 498
We fail User Interactions for Drag and Drop (3 pts)

FWIW these are quite good scrores
Wondering if these are simply build options that we can enable to get the same results.

The Local Storage will be enabled by default to fix bug 1309673 so we will get +5 points here ( http://i.imgur.com/gN4wqi1.png )

I think the "custom search providers" refers to window.external.AddSearchProvider(), in which case that's expected for now. If the API exists in Chrome, it at least requires some browser UI work and plumbing in Oxide to implement, but this is a fairly non-standard API (I thought it only existed in Firefox, but I could be mistaken)

Oh, I see these are differences to Chromium anyway, so I guess it does exist there

And webbrowser-app on a device (krillin) with oxide 1.2.4 also scores 511. The 1 point difference with desktop chromium is "Custom search providers" (https://html.spec.whatwg.org/#dom-external-addsearchprovider).
