Doesn't preserve opener chain when creating new views

Bug Description

If we create a new view in response to a link click on an anchor that doesn't have a target, we don't create an opener chain (ie, window.opener in the new view doesn't refer back to the original window)

Actually, this is probably not too important for now - it does work for window.open() and links with target="_blank". It only fails for links that are clicked with modifiers

In fact, we currently behave the same as Firefox, so it's not too bad
