No certificate prompt for site with self-signed certificate with webbrowser-app/oxide

Bug Description

With webbrowser-app/qtwebkit, there is a certificate prompt if going to a site using a self-signed certificate. Navigate to the same site with webbrowser-app/oxide and it silently refuses to connect.
