Move the bulk of WebViewAdapterPrivate in to oxide::qt::WebView

Bug Description

We currently sublass oxide::WebView from shared/browser as oxide::qt::WebViewAdapterPrivate in qt/core/glue/private. However, this is odd because qt/core/browser is meant to be the port-specific implementations of stuff in shared/browser. To maintain, convention, we should create a new oxide::qt::WebView class in qt/core/browser and move the bulk of the code there instead
