Bug Description
If we are building from bzr, make should fail if the local Chromium checkout revision does not match the revision specified in gclient.conf (if it is specified). We currently specify a revision to ensure that people are working with a known working version of Chromium. If people are attempting to build with an out-of-date Chromium checkout, the build is likely to fail in any case
