add support for application directory and SD card

Bug Description
add feature to select advanced that will let user see the whole file system or just add /media and .local/share
so user can sync SD card
so user can sync app settings
I currently add a link to the directories into the home directory and this works
but most users wouldnt know how to do this and just want to pick the folders they know
